An SEO consultant turned AI builder, he designs and ships the automation and AI-agent tools he sells, and created Project Starfish, an open-source framework for AI governance. His focus is practical, accountable AI for Canadian small businesses — agents that do real work, with the guardrails to prove what they can and can’t do.

Rob Graham is a co-founder of IntelicoreAI who brings more than 30 years of technology leadership to Agentic AI Agency — including roles as Chief Technology Officer and head of M&A in wireless telecommunications. In 2012 he founded Genwave Technologies, a recognised leader in private wireless networks and critical infrastructure. That technical grounding shapes how the agency builds: pairing well-designed processes with production-grade AI that earns its place in day-to-day operations.
We started Agentic AI Agency because the tools finally reached a point where agents could actually work. Not demos. Not proofs of concept.
